Welcome to Veroni Swim. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Veroni Swim. Veroni Swim operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products in accordance with these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order at our sole discretion. Your order is not confirmed until payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation email.
We may cancel or modify an order (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, inventory issues, incorrect pricing, or regulatory reasons). If we do so, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use only and not for resale or unauthorized distribution.
Your purchases are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
SECTION 4 – PRICING, TAXES & BILLING
Prices are listed in the currency indicated on the Site and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices do not include:
- Shipping or handling charges
- Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other applicable fees (except where expressly collected at checkout for EU orders)
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and contact information and to promptly update such information.
By submitting payment details, you confirm that:
- The payment information is valid and authorized
- You are legally permitted to use the payment method
- You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the full amount, including taxes, shipping, and any additional applicable fees
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel transactions if fraud or misuse is suspected.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING, RISK OF LOSS & CUSTOMS
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Veroni Swim is not responsible for:
- Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after handoff to the carrier
- Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
For international orders:
- EU customers: Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout via our Global-e integration. No additional charges will be imposed at delivery.
- All other international customers: You are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by your local authorities. We are not liable for delays or costs resulting from customs clearance.
SECTION 6 – RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are subject to our published Returns & Exchanges Policy, incorporated herein by reference. Key terms:
- Return window: 14 days from the date of delivery
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags attached and hygiene liner intact
- Return shipping: Veroni Swim provides a prepaid UPS return label at no cost to you
- Refund options: Upon approval, you may choose between a full refund to your original payment method or store credit issued as a digital gift card
- EU customers: In accordance with EU consumer protection law, EU customers have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason
- Final Sale items: Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit under any circumstances
- Duties & taxes: For EU orders, duties and taxes collected at checkout are non-refundable in the event of a return
Items that do not meet our return conditions may be refused and returned at your expense.
SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content and materials on or within the Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, images, product designs, logos, videos, and layout — are owned by or licensed to Veroni Swim and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

"Veroni Swim" and related names, logos, product names, and designs are trademarks of Veroni Swim. Third-party names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.

Veroni Swim is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Veroni Swim. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Veroni Swim, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Veroni Swim.
SECTION 11 – PRIVACY
Your submission of personal information through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, certain personal information is also processed by Shopify in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Services or products shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
