At Veroni Swim, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and securely. Please review our shipping guidelines below for important details on processing, delivery, and international orders.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes to Orders: If you need to adjust or cancel your order before dispatch, email hello@veroniswim.comwith the subject line CHANGE ORDER and include your Order Number.

  • Out-of-Stock Items: If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you within 24–48 hours and issue a full refund.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • While we strive for timely deliveries, carrier delays beyond our control may occur.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Express Shipping: Expedited options are available at checkout.

  • International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs clearance.

Please note: Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive tracking details once your order ships.

  • If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder and add hello@veroniswim.com to your safe sender list.

  • Orders listed as Processing are confirmed and being prepared for shipment.

Risk of Loss & Delivery Issues

  • Once your package is handed to the carrier, risk of loss and title pass to the customer.

  • Veroni Swim is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

  • If an incorrect shipping address is provided, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

International Shipping & Customs

  • We proudly ship worldwide.

  • Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their local authorities.

  • Customs duties, VAT, and sales taxes are non-refundable through Veroni Swim.

  • Please check with your local customs office for details on potential charges before placing your order.

Additional Information

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

  • Orders cannot be modified once shipped.

  • Packages returned to us due to incomplete/incorrect addresses will incur additional shipping charges for reshipment.
