Shipping policy

At Veroni Swim, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and securely. Please review our guidelines below for details on processing, delivery, returns, and international orders.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes to Orders: If you need to adjust or cancel your order before dispatch, email hello@veroniswim.com with the subject line CHANGE ORDER and include your Order Number.
  • Out-of-Stock Items: If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you within 24–48 hours and issue a full refund.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • While we strive for timely deliveries, carrier delays beyond our control may occur.

Estimated Delivery Times

All orders are shipped via UPS.

  • Domestic (U.S.): 1–3 business days after processing
  • EU (including Greece): 3–5 business days after processing
  • All other international: 5–7 business days after processing, subject to customs clearance

Please note: shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive tracking details once your order ships.
  • If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder and add hello@veroniswim.com to your safe sender list.
  • Orders listed as Processing are confirmed and being prepared for shipment.

Risk of Loss & Delivery Issues

  • Once your package is handed to UPS, risk of loss and title pass to the customer.
  • Veroni Swim is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
  • If an incorrect shipping address is provided, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide and partner with Global-e to offer a fully landed cost experience for most international destinations, including all EU countries.

  • EU orders (including Greece): Duties and taxes are included in the prices - no surprise charges at delivery.
  • All other international destinations: Import duties, taxes, and fees may be assessed by your local customs authority. Veroni Swim is not responsible for these charges, and they are non-refundable through us. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

  • Return window: 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • How to start a return: Email hello@veroniswim.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid UPS return label.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, with all original tags attached and the hygiene liner intact. We are unable to accept returns that do not meet these conditions.
  • Refund options: Once your return is received and inspected, you may choose between a full refund to your original payment method or store credit.
  • Processing time: Please allow 5–7 business days for your return to be processed after it arrives with us.

Additional Information

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
  • Orders cannot be modified once shipped.
  • Packages returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect addresses will incur additional shipping charges for reshipment.
