Veroni Swim Returns & Exchanges

At Veroni Swim, we create small-batch collections designed to be cherished. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

Eligibility

All returns and exchanges must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags attached and original packaging included
  • Hygiene liner intact and undisturbed
  • Requested within 14 days of delivery

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Domestic (U.S.) Returns & Exchanges

  • Window: 14 days from date of delivery
  • Return Shipping: We provide a prepaid UPS return label at no cost to you
  • Refund Options: Once your return is received and inspected, you may choose between a full refund to your original payment method or store credit issued as a digital gift card
  • Exchanges: Ship once your original item is returned and approved

EU Orders (including Greece)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, EU customers have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, no reason required.

  • Window: 14 days from date of delivery
  • Return Shipping: We provide a prepaid UPS return label at no cost to you
  • Refund Options: Full refund to your original payment method or store credit — your choice
  • Duties & Taxes: For EU orders placed through our Global-e checkout, duties and taxes are collected at checkout and are non-refundable through Veroni Swim in the event of a return

All Other International Orders

Due to shipping logistics and customs complexity, all other international orders outside the U.S. and EU are final sale. Please review sizing carefully before purchasing, or email us at hello@veroniswim.com and we'll help you find the right fit.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email hello@veroniswim.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Indicate whether you'd like a refund or store credit
  3. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions within 1–2 business days

Processing

  • Returns are inspected within 5–7 business days of receipt
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval
  • Store credit is issued as a digital gift card immediately upon approval
  • Exchanges ship once your original item is returned and approved
